This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit dabrory.games. Each game published by Dabrory Games will have its own privacy policy, linked from its store page.

2. Visiting this website
This is a simple static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social media plugins or any other tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact third parties such as Google when you open a page.
When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information that is needed to deliver it: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is processed only to deliver the website and to keep it secure (for example, to defend against attacks). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you or build profiles.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes the technical data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. Cloudflare keeps such logs only for a short period. 4. Contacting us by e-mail
If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and the content of your message only to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to a contract or a request before one, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply. Our e-mail is hosted by Apple (iCloud Mail).
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17),
- restrict its processing (Art. 18),
- receive it in a portable format (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
To exercise these rights, e-mail info@dabrory.games. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
6. Changes
We will update this policy if the website changes, for example when games are added. The date at the top always shows the current version.
